Guide for operators
How do I see and manage my Wiredly plan?
Pricing will be announced before launch. Wiredly isn’t in the app stores yet; this is how it will work at launch, city by city. Nothing can be bought yet.
Step by step
Find your plan
Passengers and parents: Profile → Your plan. Operators: Account → Your plan in the Fleet app, or Plan & billing in the Fleet web portal. Each shows your plan, what it includes and how much you have used.
What Free includes
Passengers book, get e-tickets and follow buses live for free. Parents link one child for free. Operators list every bus, route and timetable free and run 1 live bus with a conductor phone, with the owner plus one team member.
Passenger Pro and Family Pro
Optional paid plans for passengers and parents are planned. Their prices will be announced before launch.
Business for more live buses
A paid plan for more live buses is planned. Its price will be announced before launch. A live bus is one running with a Wiredly conductor phone.
Combo for several services
A plan for fleets that run several services is planned. Its price will be announced before launch.
Hitting a limit
When an action needs a bigger plan, such as pairing a second conductor phone or linking a second child, the app explains what each plan includes instead of failing.
Buy or upgradeComing soon
Paying for a plan is not open yet. Your plan page says “Payments launch soon” and lets you contact Wiredly. Prices are launch prices and may change.
