Timetables and fares
Your whole timetable, published in minutes.
- Start from a shared route list where one exists, or create your own route and stops.
- Add departures for chosen days and dates; stop times are filled in from the reference route.
- Set a full-route fare and shorter-trip fares. Suggested prices are used only after you check them.
- New departures stay drafts until you publish them, and the app warns you before a change touches passengers who already booked.
- Cancel one departure on one date; the passengers who booked see it in their app.
Bus ticket booking
Seat bookings without double sales.
Passengers search stop to stop in the Wiredly app, pick their seat on your own seat map, reserve and pay on board.
- Draw each vehicle’s seat layout once in the web portal.
- Seats are sold per part of the route, and the database refuses a double booking.
- A 10-minute hold and booking limits stop seats from being blocked.
- Passengers confirm their phone number once before their first booking, which keeps out fake bookings.
- No commission on tickets paid on board or sold as walk-up tickets.

A crew app built for real roads.
Wiredly Operator runs on the conductor’s or driver’s Android phone, one phone per bus, paired by the owner with a one-time QR code.
Ticket checks offline
Scan the e-ticket QR code or type the booking reference. No signal? Checks run on the phone and sync later.
Walk-up cash sales
Sell tickets to people who didn’t book, seated or standing, with a receipt QR code and a 5-second undo.
Trip summary
Boarded, no-shows, cash collected and cash to hand in at the end of every trip, with daily sales per bus in the Fleet app.

What does Wiredly do for a bus or coach company?
It puts your timetables, fares and seats in one system. You publish departures in the Wiredly Fleet app or web portal, passengers find them and reserve seats in the Wiredly app, and your crew checks tickets and shares the bus’s live position with the Wiredly Operator app on board.
Do passengers pay in the app?
Not yet. Passengers reserve a seat and pay your crew on board, as they do today. The crew can also sell walk-up tickets for cash. Online payment is planned for later.
Does the crew app work without mobile signal?
Yes. Tickets are checked against an encrypted list on the crew’s phone, walk-up sales are saved on the phone, and everything syncs when the signal comes back.
Can passengers see every bus live?
Only while the crew is tracking the trip and you have switched on sharing for it. You decide, trip by trip. When sharing stops or the trip ends, the bus disappears from passengers’ screens.
How much does it cost?
