Private hire and Tours are services you switch on in the Fleet app, active straight away. Trips carry a service badge on timetables and on Today.
Tickets and cash on tours
On tour trips the crew checks tickets, sells walk-up tickets for cash with a receipt QR code and hands the cash in at the end.
Live on every trip
The crew turns on journey tracking; you see the vehicle in the Fleet app and can share it, trip by trip.

One app for the driver, whatever the job.
- Wiredly Operator on the driver’s Android phone, paired to the vehicle with a one-time QR code.
- Today’s trips for that vehicle, in every service it runs.
- Works with no signal: sales and positions are saved on the phone and sync later.
- End-of-trip review: trip time, cash collected, anything still waiting to be sent, and a summary to share.

Can I run private hire and tours on Wiredly today?
The Private hire and Tours services are built into Wiredly Fleet and start as soon as you switch them on, without waiting for approval. Like the rest of Wiredly, they are not available yet; Wiredly launches city by city.
Can customers book a charter or a tour online?
Not yet. Charter quotes and bookings, and online tour bookings, are coming soon. Today the crew sells tour tickets on board for cash and the trip is tracked live.
Can my customer follow the vehicle live?
Yes, when you switch on sharing for the trip. The position comes from the crew’s phone on board and disappears when sharing stops or the trip ends.
Can the same vehicle do a public route and a private hire?
Yes. One fleet will be able to run several services. Plans and prices will be announced before launch.
What does it cost?
Pricing will be announced before launch. Listing your fleet will be free, and a free start with one live bus is planned. See pricing.
