Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

The Wiredly website (www.wiredly.app) is run by OneVault (“we”, “us”). We decide how the personal data described here is used. Contact: privacy@wiredly.app.

2. Wiredly isn’t available yet

The Wiredly apps aren’t released, and you can’t book, pay, track or create an account today. This notice covers only this website and messages you send us. We’ll publish a full privacy policy before the apps launch.

3. What we collect and why

• Visiting the site: your IP address, browser details and the pages you request, processed by our hosting and website-security provider to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks (our legitimate interest in running a secure website). Server logs are deleted after 14 days unless needed to investigate a specific security incident.
• Cookies: one strictly necessary cookie remembers your cookie choice for 180 days, and a short-lived security cookie (under 30 minutes) may be set to tell people from bots. We use no analytics or marketing cookies. See the Cookie Notice.
• Emails you send us (for example to join the launch list or ask a question): your email address, name if you give it, and what you write. We use them to reply and, if you ask, to tell you when Wiredly launches where you are (your consent). We keep them for 12 months after our last reply, or until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.

4. Who receives it

Service providers that act on our instructions: a hosting and website-security provider (USA, global network) and an email provider (USA). We don’t sell your data, share it for advertising or use it for profiling. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

5. Transfers

These providers may process your data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires safeguards for this, we use contractual clauses that protect your data.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing), and object to our use of it. Email privacy@wiredly.app. We’ll answer within one month. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka or to the data protection authority where you live.

7. Children

This website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If we change this notice, we’ll publish the new version here with a new date.
