Staff shuttlesComing soon

Employee transport, planned and on time.

For companies that run staff shuttles and the operators who run them: shift routes, a roster on every shuttle, a crew app that marks who boarded, and employees who follow their own shuttle live. Built and in testing; launching city by city.

For companies and operators

Shift routes and rosters, in the Fleet app.

  • Private shuttle routes and timetables for each shift, which never appear to the public.
  • A staff roster on each shuttle with pickup and drop-off stops and a note for the crew.
  • Invite managers and viewers to the fleet with a one-time code.
  • Today’s runs at a glance: expected, on board, got off and absent.
  • One fleet can run staff shuttles in the morning and public routes or school runs in the afternoon.
  • Attendance and trip reports for the company. Coming soon

Wiredly approves each staff fleet before it starts.

On the shuttle and on the phone

Everyone knows where the shuttle is.

Roster on board

The driver sees who gets on at each stop in the Wiredly Operator app and marks them with one tap. It works with no signal.

My commute

Employees link their own commute once and follow their shuttle live while it runs, with their pickup time.

Private by default

No home addresses or phone numbers on the roster. Staff trips are never shown on the public map.

For employees

Leave home at the right time.

The same Wiredly app passengers use for public buses shows your staff shuttle live, so you walk to the stop when it is close, not twenty minutes early.

The countdown in this illustration uses sample data from a public bus trip.

Questions

Companies and operators ask.

Who is staff transport on Wiredly for?

Companies, factories, hospitals and campuses that run their own shuttles, and the transport operators they hire to run them. The operator runs the shuttles in Wiredly Fleet; employees follow their own shuttle in the Wiredly app.

How do employees follow their shuttle?

Each employee links their own commute once with a one-time code from the company or operator. The Wiredly app then shows “My commute”: the shuttle live while it runs, their pickup stop and time, and the day’s timeline.

Can other people see our shuttles?

No. Staff routes can stay private and never appear to the public, and only linked employees see their own shuttle. The roster keeps a name and initial, an employee number and a note for the crew, never a home address or phone number.

Can we get attendance reports?

The crew already marks who boarded and got off on each run, and the Fleet app shows today’s counts. Attendance reports for the company are coming soon.

What does it cost?

Pricing will be announced before launch. Listing your fleet will be free, and a free start with one live bus is planned. See pricing.
