Guide for passengers

How do I book a seat on Wiredly?

Booking takes a few taps and you pay the crew when you get on. Wiredly isn’t in the app stores yet; this is how it will work at launch, city by city.

Step by step

  1. Search from one stop to another

Open the Search tab. Type the stop you are leaving from and the stop you are going to; stop names appear as you type. Choose today, tomorrow or another day up to 30 days ahead. You can search and look around without signing in.

  2. Pick a departure

Results show departure and arrival times, journey time, fare and seats left. If a bus can’t be booked online, the card says why: already on the road, fare not published, full or not sold online.

  3. Choose your seats on the seat map

Pick 1 to 6 seats on the bus’s own seat map. Taken seats are marked, and the seat list is checked with Wiredly, so two people can’t book the same seat. Tap Continue.

  4. Sign in and verify your phone once

If you are not signed in yet, sign in with your OneVault account. Before your first booking you verify your mobile number once with OneVault. After that, booking needs no code.

  5. Reserve within the hold time

Your seats are held for 10 minutes while you review, with a countdown. Check the trip, seats and fare, then tap Reserve · pay on board. If time runs out, the seats go back on sale.

  6. Keep your e-ticket ready

You get an e-ticket with a QR code and an 8-character booking reference. It is saved on your phone, so it opens without signal. At the door the QR comes first and the screen is made bright. See how pay on board works.

  7. Cancel if your plans change

Open the ticket and cancel before the time it shows. The seats go back on sale for someone else.

  8. Pay online in the appComing soon

Paying for your seat in the app is planned. Today you pay the crew on board.
